I wonder wether this is actually intentional or just a bug in how screenshot information is saved.

If I take the screenshot in such a way that only the email body is shown, but not the area where the sender and receiver addresses are shown, then the upload is successful.

So, I believe they are using some form of image recognition algorithm when you upload the screenshot to Teams.

I wonder if you can get around this by saving in different image formats.

it seems you can get around it by not using the preinstalled MS mail application, for the time being, as suggested by points 5;6;and 7
