So even several US Senators believe that Tesla's deceptive advertising of the FSD capabilities is worth investigating and poses a threat to other drivers on the road. The same argument I have made weeks ago [1] and [2].
I don't think there is any defense in this sort of advertising, as the term 'Full Self Driving' is obviously misleading and the system is still incomplete, still in beta and is unreliable itself.
